Using a lance instead of a sword is a bit of a symbolic gesture on Drake's/Bahamut's part given that that's the weapon that dragon slayers often use (especially in artistic depictions of George himself)
flashback's almost over now.
re Azhtann: its a pretty nifty tool, isn't it?
re Corbeau: yup, despite what he believes, George really has very little moral high ground to stand on.
re Skittsue: well, if by magical you mean headless-horsemany then perhaps that's still a possibility for him.
re dragonmaiden50:yup, the flashback will be wrapping up quickly now.
re Satu-aka: the comment make me happy, so I allways like chatting back a bit. I like Drake's belt too, I pulled it from some Roman clothing sketches because I thought that it was suitably light but protective for him.
re devorador: well, it was off screen but there was some head rolling going on.
re StellaFrost: to some degree, but George was also trained to be a warrior of God, which gives him a more offensive vs. defensive attitude.
re Onasaki: indeed, what goes around comes around as they say.
re Bearagirl119: that was probably pretty tempting for him, but it would have been an incredibly dangerous loose end.
re FleetNightHuntress: ^_^ glad you're enjoying it
re Cup0fDOOM: mwahaha, George should be tied to a railroad too.
