Looks like George isn't able to hold onto his religious calm now, which is ultimately what Drake wants.
Resounded: thanks ^_^ I was really worried about how this scene would read.
re Skittsue: perhaps a little, he's finally shaken George
re FleetNightHuntressnope, George got his literal wish.
re devorador: I'm not sure how much solace I'll be able to offer then, George isn't up for much more fighting after the tumble down the stairs.
re Miya: oh yes, and dragons are good at going all out in revenge.
re StellaFrost: I think she sort of froze up after the instinctive protective grab
re Bearagirl119: thanks ^_^
re Satu-aka: yes, also dragons always take terrible vengeance in stories. Even in ones in which the knight kills them, this only happens after they've had their revenge.
re Andera: oh yes, and Dragons in particular are prone to really rapid escalation.
re Cup0fDOOM: of course. George just doesn't translate well into any torso-man puns.
re Onasaki: yeah, I didn't feel quite up to drawing the kid getting killed so I went with the out of frame option.
re Skarlog: hmm, not sure.
re dragonmaiden50: yes he can ^_^
re Line.Noise: unfortunately dragons aren't very inclined to take the high road.
re Azhtann: luckily (or not) Drake is cautious enough about Bahamut not to leave loose strings like that.
