anyways, backgroundy stuff: George is quoting Revelation, in which Satan is depicted as a seven-headed red dragon which chases the earthly church (personified as a woman) and is battled by the faithful. This is sort of the basis for his rationale in attacking the dragons.
Also, in St George's myth he is the champion of Lady Una and i believe marries her after he defeats the dragon. George's story is supposed to only roughly relate the event in the comic in a more mythological terms so I've played very fast and loose with it. In this story they are already married and have one child because I want to show just how far Drake will go in his revenge. coincidentally, Una in the story is another feminine personification of the church (Una=one, as in one true church).
[only got to half of them for now, I've got to run but I'll finish them when I get back]
re Sabriel19: oh yes, he has excellent hearing.
re Purple_Pigeon: the flashback will be wrapping up soon and we'll get to revisit the main cast. I've really let it drag out for a long time.
re Bearagirl119: thanks ^_^
re Cup0fDOOM: oh yes, people in plate armor probably burn quite interestingly.
re Barnes: but not quite yet
re Azhtann: oh, he's worried now.
re Imola: we shall have to see how these latest arrivals influence events.
re Jae87: A even better option might have just appeared.
WELL... Drake standing up doesn't bode well for George's family...
Here's what I see happening:
He's going to leave George on the ground, since he's not able to go anywhere in his condition. He's going to kill them one at a time in front of him. I'm guessing Una first since Brittany's loss is fresh in his mind.
Wait. George is a median, right? So he kinda changes reality to fit the stories... and all the stories he hears make dragons "evil". So in a way, this whole "KILLKILLKILL" thing isn't completely Drake, anyway. Not to mention the kinda evil-looking text change. XD
