And just to complete the set, Durham's dead too.

Dragons like Drake tend to do angry-grief far more than crying-grief, so sealing the entrance is equal parts venting and seeking to preserve their bodies from further desecration.

re Rae: the lil bro is actually so young that he's not skilled enough to take on a full human form, so he always looks like that.

re Kaiyaweird: thanks ^_^

re wolf-antlers: bingo. I kept hearing that line whenever i contemplated making Drake cry. It made the whole concept far too silly to attempt.

re doom Bubbles: Draca was out by the entrance to the cave, Drake fell next to her when he got in. She's too far away to drag in to lay out with the rest.

re Onasaki: I suppose the aging provides a reality check for maturity levels.

re Jae87: I briefly contemplated it, but decided that it would be distracting. Agreed, anything that's black licorice flavored is nasty in my eyes.

re Azhtann: bingo. Right on que Drake shifts to anger.

re blackpickles: T_T I'm sorry. Acid tears would be all sort of dangerous. Do you think it would burn their skin in human form?

Awesome story-telling.

Then he goes onto a bloodthirsty vendetta and murders thousands of women and children! DRAGON SMASH!

And ha, I bet it would. I'd make a silly quote, but I have no idea how aging works. Also, great shapeshift!

Long time reader, first time poster. Love the comic.

Was Durham there when the attack began, did he arrive during it, or was he attacked at another meeting and died of his injuries here?

You scratch that mountain! Pity Durham died! I was rather attached to him. Maybe because of the mane. And then there were two...

I see bad things arising! (to quote from the musical I've been listening to of recent)
