anywho, reasoning behind the structure. Dragons live a long time, and they don't have their own art and style but mimic humans. But human style shifts during their lifetimes. Sometimes they make the effort to keep up...and sometimes they're just too lazy. This is why you've got folks with celtic, Roman, and medieval clothing all hanging out in the same place. You'll also notice some celtic patterns on the far wall, outside of the roman structures. Occasionally they'll update their structures, but things decay relatively fast for dragons, and their much more oriented towards displaying power than upkeep, so things are looking a bit shabby right now.
Oh Birkita, Dragons love the sparkly.
re tricorn5: you probably won't be the only one to forget by the end of it. this is going to be one dozy of a flashback.
re comic king: thanks ^_^
re Onasaki: ok, thanks, I'll work on that. Drakes only have their title and their family name, they lack an identity outside of that. It's another way to tie their loyalty to the family instead of themselves as an individual.
re Zhai: thanks ^_^ I was trying to make them spiffy. The dragons do love their sparkle.
re Tenshi Yami no Neko: Drake's family follows Roman/Greek trends. The others pick and choose from a couple different time periods.
re Neko with a Katana: she does make a rather homey looking human ^_^
