didn't like how cartoony the horses on the last page were, so this time I actualy took the time to get some referance pics and make their faces a bit more horse-ish.
So, time to talk with his pops. He avoided it around Drake and Joan because they're not part of it, and teddy doesn't like making a scene. So folks have been wondering is Teddy's dad realises Ted's a vamp, and if Teddy's at all bitter. It would seem that the answers are yes and yes.
re Mr.Blackbird: the horse proportions ar still a bit wonky on this page too. I'm going to have to start working on them again.
re Zheyna: not anymore, I cut them so I didn't scare off my boss at my summer job T_T. i think I'm going to grow them back though.
re amiko_16: I felt like f I was going to fill a whole pannel with grey, i should at least make it an interesting grey.
re Neko with a Katana: it will be an occasion for much rejoicing.
re BatsAreFlyingRat: he most certainly is He's also the easierst to draw because he's so dark, making him my favorite horse.
re Angelzora: looks like the horses want to be his buddies too, although, sweet as they can be, they do make rather limited friends.
re Onasaki: bitter bitter angst. hopefully short bitter bitter angst.
re Zhai: XP
re omniblade: looks like he just might.
re PJupiter: actualy, in the vampire model I'm using, vamps are good with animals. add that to the fact that Teddy's probably been taking care of them for years and they adore him.
I LOVE the last panel to death. Teddy, in spite of having no skin tone and red eyes, looks JUST like a gangly, angry teenage boy, only in a mature way.And the horses look so cute. Especially the really happy one, who obvioulsy has no clue what's goin' on.
