Joan's hair is unburnt this time because fire wasn't channeling any power through her like when he blew up the street or set the town on fire...also she is running out of hair.
The conversation with Fire may have removed the group's safety net, but it has helped some of the issues with Drake and Theodore. Namely, Drake has demonstrated fairly clearly that while he may be a callous asshole, he's still got Theodore's back. If you remember Teddy's relationship with his father, that's kinda a big deal.
A wallpaper version of Healing and Pestilence is up on the top webcomic site as a voting incentive, link in the side menu ^_^
re silverwingskywolf: Seyru did give them a run for their money ^_^
re Arrikanez: Imola kinda handled this one, but Fire is an extremely proud deity, and he is used to being served by retired Drakes, which means extremely powerful and competent champions. Our Drake falls short of his usual standards, which is extremely frustrating and embarrassing for him (he's used to his champion being one of the greatest in terms of raw power).
re Imola: Yup, dream is paired up with another, who hopefully will be revealed in the next few days.
So many things to say! ^^
1) I love all of the new archtypes and their champions, (Great job, artists!!)
2) Fire showing up is a definite indicator that whatever is approaching, is worth his time to lecture about!
3) I love it when Drake is nice (Even if an act) he just seems so much more lovable that way. OwO
(If you sold plushies, I'd probably buy him)
